Arnold Clark’s sub-brand, Autoparts Garage Equipment Services provide equipment sales, installation, servicing and repair services to the Arnold Clark group and trade customers throughout the UK.
Before working with us, the main method for customers to purchase Autoparts Garage Equipment Services was via telephone enquiries. The ambition was to transform the sales operation by creating an omnichannel digital sales site that can be used for purchasing and quoting equipment sales and installation options – all using a single system via the website.

By working collaboratively over the course of six months with Arnold Clark’s in-house team of experts in UX, design and web development, we built and produced an e-commerce website solution that provided a simple, user-friendly shopping experience for the Garage Equipment audience.
Featuring easy access to all products within structured categories, this comprehensive build delivers a bespoke e-commerce platform alongside a fully responsive mobile site. The solution also improves individual user-experience and enables joined-up off and on-site marketing enabling the new Garage Equipment Services website to be placed at the centre of the overall business revenue strategy.
